RealRelay.ai Account Deletion Policy

This Account Deletion Policy (this "Policy") applies to account-deletion requests that you submit in connection with your use of the RealRelay.ai Services. Please also read the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service. Matters not addressed in this Policy are governed by those documents and applicable law. If this Policy is inconsistent with the Privacy Policy or the Terms of Service in respect of account deletion, this Policy shall prevail, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.
1. Submitting a Deletion Request and Identity Verification
The account holder may submit an account-deletion request through the account-deletion channel provided by RealRelay.ai. Account deletion is irreversible. Following completion of the deletion, you will no longer be able to use that account to log in to or access the RealRelay.ai Services, API Credentials, or the functions, content and records associated with that account. Please back up any content that you wish to retain before submitting your request.
2. Pre-Deletion Verification
Before submitting a request, you must appropriately address any outstanding fees, refunds or payment disputes, unperformed obligations and other matters associated with your account that may affect your rights and interests. To comply with legal obligations, handle complaints or disputes, prevent fraud and safeguard security, or comply with a request from a competent authority, we may, to the extent necessary, verify, suspend or delay the processing of your request. You must not use account deletion to circumvent any complaint, dispute, litigation, regulatory requirement or other legal obligation that is pending or reasonably foreseeable.
3. Treatment of Credits
When you request account deletion, we will notify you of the Credits remaining in your account. Your account may be deleted only after you expressly confirm that you forfeit all remaining Credits.
4. Processing of Data Following Account Deletion
Before deleting your account, you can use the export function in the console to export your account content. Following completion of account deletion, we will delete the relevant Personal Data within thirty (30) days in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law. For complex requests, we may extend the period to the extent permitted by applicable law and will notify you accordingly. We may continue to retain Personal Data for the period necessary to comply with legal obligations, tax or accounting requirements, preserve transaction records, prevent fraud and safeguard security, resolve disputes or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We may retain aggregated or irreversibly anonymised data that no longer identifies you.
Data that you submit through the Services to an Upstream Provider or other third-party service provider may also be subject to that provider's independent terms and privacy policy. The deletion, retention and processing of that data will be governed by the applicable rules and laws. Please refer to the Upstream Model Provider Terms for further information.
5. Liability
Deletion of your account does not mean that your liabilities before account deletion are released or mitigated. You acknowledge that, as of the end of the day on which your account is deleted, we have provided the Services in accordance with the contracts and valid orders entered into between the parties and have not breached any contract. If deletion of your account causes us any loss, you must compensate us for that loss and indemnify and hold harmless us, our directors, employees, agents, partners and suppliers from and against any resulting third-party liability.
