Upstream Model Provider Terms
You may review below the terms of service of each Upstream Provider. You shall not violate the terms of service or policies of any third-party service provider that supports the Services. If any upstream document is updated, replaced or no longer effective, the then-current version published by the relevant Upstream Provider shall prevail. The omission from this Annex of any item does not mean that such item is not subject to other agreements, licences, model cards, use policies or legal requirements.
These Upstream Model Provider Terms are drafted in the English language. If these Upstream Model Provider Terms are translated into any other language, the English version shall prevail to the extent of any inconsistency or conflict between the English version and the translated version.
